Connection

 Connecting to Source energy can be meditation, gratitude, whatever practice works for you. A lot of our friends love yoga. Yoga is a good one. Whatever connects you to Source energy, while you’re practicing it, try to do as much of that as possible, as often as possible. 

 Self-care is taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually, knowing that the mind, body, and spirit needs to be maintained. We are a divine machine so we need to maintain ourselves in every way. You know best what you need. Now give it to yourself. 

 Life is all about Special People. Think of everybody as special starting with yourself and then going outward from there. If you think about building relationships and think about all the people you meet being special, your life will have more meaning and the days will be richer.
